Vitiligo Diet Guide: Foods to avoid and eat for prevention

Nutrition and Diet play a significant role when you are suffering from chronic diseases. Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune disease, and most patients have to live with the disease forever. Hence, a vitiligo diet is mandatory for patients to help them feel better and stop the spread of the disease.

Vitiligo happens when the body's immune system identifies melanocytes in the skin as foreign cells and starts attacking them.
